From the moment Markus Shields first stepped into a rehearsal, his passion for dance and choreography ignited like wildfire. Within just a year, he was crafting award-winning pieces that dominated both national and international stages. Leaving behind the familiar streets of Grand Rapids, MI, Markus set his sights on Los Angeles, where he quickly established connections with industry titans like Nancy O'Meara, Dominique Kelley, Tricia Miranda, Frank Gatson, Parris Goebel, Charm La’Donna, and more. His journey in LA led him to become a regular fixture at legendary studios such as Millennium Dance Complex, Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, and Edge PAC, while also earning him recognition as an international master instructor. Represented by Bloc Talent Agency, Markus’s dynamic presence as a dancer and choreographer has graced ads for JW Marriott, eBay and Amtrak. His talents have taken him from the stage to the screen, performing alongside Kendrick Lamar, Megan Thee Stallion, Brandy, Will Smith, Muni Long, Chris Brown, Mariah Carey. Markus’s choreography has also lit up two world tours for Latin Pop Legend Chayanne. Above all, he remains a visionary creator, infusing his heart into every project—whether it’s choreographing for a local studio, commanding a world stage, or directing creative projects for recording artists. Mia DeWeese is a dance performer, teacher, and choreographer based in New York City. She received her BFA in dance from Marymount Manhattan College. She is a founding member of the dance company FreeMove Dance, under the direction of Jenn Freeman. She performed in Sonya Tayeh's dance symphony titled "You’ll Still Call Me By Name" at New York Live Arts and Jacob's Pillow. She performed in the off-broadway show "The Lucky Ones." Her TV credits include Fox network's "Rent Live!" and HBOMax's "The Gilded Age." She is a swing, dance captain, and associate choreographer for Broadway's "Moulin Rouge! The Musical,” and the associate choreographer of Broadway’s “Romeo and Juliet.” She is also a regular master teacher at Steps On Broadway and Broadway Dance Center.

Lauren grew up in the world of competitive dance and moved to Los Angeles shortly after high school graduation to pursue a professional career in dance. After attending a scholarship program at Millennium Dance Complex and completing a work study program at Edge Performing Arts Center, she was signed with Go 2 Talent Agency. She has since danced for The World Expo in Shanghai and traveled the world dancing with Holland America Cruise lines. Lauren has worked for successful artists such as; Beyonce, Cher Loyd, Madonna, Nike and Walk The Moon. To accompany her prolific career in dance, she has been adjudicating and choreographing internationally for over 8 years. Lauren has just returned from Australia, where she spent 8 months performing with Velvet Rope Entertainment Company, as well as teaching at world renowned Mad Dance House and other studios in Brisbane. She is currently living in Chicago, teaching at Visceral Dance Center, and choreographing for the Chicago Bulls Dance Team.
