Media Policy: Audience members are welcome to video and shoot non-flash photography while your dancers are performing. Professional footage will be available for media pass purchases through online accounts within 1 week following the event.
Parent and Dancer Accounts: Create an account to send Routine Compliments and access media pass downloads following the event.
Compliments: Send shoutouts to routines (after they perform) in the form of emoji comments via the interactive digital program... like bite-sized special awards waiting to be gifted by you! This feature promotes "Community Over Competition" as we encourage sending compliments to routines from other studios in addition to your own. All dancers in the routine will receive an account notification of the new compliment... and you will make their day!
Programs: Printed programs are not offered at the event. Enjoy free access to our digital program, live stream, and routine schedule with interactive features and live updates. If you choose to bring a printout, please wait to print a few days before the event for the most accurate schedule info.
New Entries & Entry Edits: If you add a new entry or make an edit to an entry that requires it to have a new entry number and performance time, please ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS to see that new entry number / time reflected in your schedule. The system will alert of our staff of the change so you do not need to email us that info.
Meet the Judges
Ashley Day is a British born actor and dancer. He trained at the Stomelands School of Ballet and Theatre Arts, The Royal Ballet and Bird College. He made his professional debut at seventeen in Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker. Immediately following, he joined the original company of Mary Poppins. He starred as Jerry Mulligan in An American in Paris and Billy Lawlor in 42nd Street. Other West End credits: Evita, On The Town, The Wizard of Oz, Book of Mormon, Oliver! Funny Girl (Paris). Since his to the United States, Ashley has performed at the Joyce Theatre in Al Blackstone’s Freddie Falls in Love and recurs on Dynasty (CW) as Colin. Ashley has taught and choreographed for several New York and London universities including IAMT, Bird College, Guildford School of Acting, D&B Performing Arts, and has lectured and judged for the I.S.T.D and I.D.T.A associations.
Rachel Coopes received her BA in Dance from Western Michigan University, and is currently located in Los Angeles. She has appeared in numerous tv shows, films, commercials, theatre productions, and music videos. Some of her appearances include 'Chicago PD', 'Hearts Under the Olive Tree', 'A Christmas Story, Live!' and commercials for Sprouts, Bloom Greens, Resorts World Las Vegas, Universal Studios Theme Park, and many more. On top of performing, Rachel also has many years of experience with teaching and choreography; while she has a love for story-driven pieces and showmanship, she is also extremely passionate and knowledgeable regarding kinesiology and how it pertains to dance technique.
Lauren grew up in the world of competitive dance and moved to Los Angeles shortly after high school graduation to pursue a professional career in dance. After attending a scholarship program at Millennium Dance Complex and completing a work study program at Edge Performing Arts Center, she was signed with Go 2 Talent Agency. She has since danced for The World Expo in Shanghai and traveled the world dancing with Holland America Cruise lines. Lauren has worked for successful artists such as; Beyonce, Cher Loyd, Madonna, Nike and Walk The Moon. To accompany her prolific career in dance, she has been adjudicating and choreographing internationally for over 8 years. Lauren has just returned from Australia, where she spent 8 months performing with Velvet Rope Entertainment Company, as well as teaching at world renowned Mad Dance House and other studios in Brisbane. She currently lives in Chicago, teaching at professional studios The PuzzleBox, and Visceral Dance Center.
